- Contact information: keep your email and phone number up to date to receive service updates.
- Certification downloads: easily download certificates that confirm your affiliation status.
- Order status tracking (formerly known as MIPRES): easily check the status of your managed orders.
- Health consultation through the "Ask the DOC" feature.
